Travel Supplier's terms and conditions - Hotel and other Accommodation
The Travel Supplier's terms and conditions may include provisions relating to payment procedures, default, liability, cancellations, changes of bookings and refunds (if available) and any other restrictions. You are advised to read those terms carefully, however, please refer to your particular Travel Supplier (by phone) for full details as to the applicable terms and conditions.
Booking by instant confirmation
Your reservation is confirmed by voucher via e-mail.
You must be aged 18 years or more to check in hotel.
Payment method
The price of requested room is confirmed by HR Hotel Reservation. A deposit is required at the time of booking with remainder payable on checkout. Your credit card is charged for the cost indicated at time of purchase. Prices and rooms availability are not guaranteed until the online payment is received. The deposit is not refoundable.
Changes and Cancellations to reservation
If at the time you wish to change your reservation, you may do so, subject to availability, on payment of additional charges. Such charges will be quoted in euro and may be at a higher rate than those previously quoted.
If you wish to cancel your reservation for any reason you must telephone your Hotel number before the time indicated by the Hotel in the section "cancellation policy". Be ready to quote the information contained in your Reservation Confirmation.
If you cancel your reservation within the days indicated by the Hotel in the Cancellation Policy Section of the Reservation Confirmation we will not debit your credit card for the first night, thereby forfeiting your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation after the days indicated by the Hotel in the Cancellation Policy Section of the Reservation Confirmation the hotel have the right to make a No Show Charge on your credit card for the total price of first night reserved.
Cancellation is not valid by any other method. Cancellation of the reservation will result in forfeiture of the deposit taken at the time of booking.
Please note that we are unable to give a refund if you return early.

Hotel facilities
Breakfast is not inclused if not specified. Please contact the hotel after your reservation for the choise of available bed size.
